At InterviewPrepAI, your privacy is our foundation. We believe that your practice sessions, resumes, and performance audits are entirely your property. This policy describes how we handle and protect your details.
1. Information We Collect
We restrict data collection to the minimum required to calibrate your targeted prep:
- Profile Data: Basic contact info (name, email) collected upon account setup.
- Assessment Inputs: Your resumes, target role preferences, and response transcripts uploaded for parsing and evaluation.
- Audio Recordings: Voice sessions recorded for mock simulation assessment. These are stored safely and processed locally or via secure APIs.
2. How We Process Your Session Data
All resume processing and voice mock evaluations are done dynamically to calibrate your roadmap and provide feedback. We do not use your transcripts, audio recordings, or credentials to train public models or share them with unauthorized entities.
3. Absolute User Control
You have absolute control over your profile. You can delete any mock interview recording, its parsed transcript, or your entire candidate account at any time through your dashboard settings. Once deleted, the data is removed permanently from our storage systems.
4. Third-Party Integrations
We coordinate with leading infrastructure providers (such as secure LLM API providers and payment facilitators) to deliver analytics and roadmap calculations. All coordinates are fully encrypted and governed under strict enterprise data protection terms.

We may refine this Policy to match product updates. Changes will be updated here with a revised timestamp.
