You must use the services in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.

2. Calibration & Rehearsals

Our platform provides automated feedback and simulations. The feedback is intended strictly for interview coaching and preparation purposes. We make no guarantee of employment outcomes, hiring success, or specific interview performance scores.

3. Subscriptions & Professional Tier

Access to our Premium (Professional) features requires payment of a subscription fee. All fees are handled securely through third-party processors. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property

The layout, design, wordmark, algorithms, and content of InterviewPrepAI remain the exclusive property of InterviewPrepAI. You maintain ownership of all resumes, transcripts, and voice logs you upload to our system.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InterviewPrepAI or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services.
