1. Encryption Standards

All communications are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocol. Resumes and session recordings stored on our cloud resources are fully encrypted at rest using AES-256 keys.

2. Safe Processing

We rely on secure sandboxed environments for LLM queries and voice-to-text processing. Data sent to our API endpoints is processed under standard zero data retention agreements (meaning your session contents are not saved or cached by third-party model providers).

3. Audits & Threat Modeling

We periodically review our database access levels, check dependencies for vulnerabilities, and refine code architecture configurations to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Payment Processing

All transaction and pricing workflows are managed by fully compliant Level 1 PCI-DSS payment gateways. We never access, capture, or store your credit card digits on our servers.
